Delabole Fitness Class
Delabole Fitness Class is a fun, functional outdoor workout held every Monday from 6–7pm at Delabole Playing Fields. This energising session is suitable for all fitness levels and combines strength, cardio, and core training using equipment like kettlebells, slam balls, resistance bands and more. Expect expert coaching, scalable exercises, and a friendly local vibe. Book your spot via the link provided — payment is taken in cash or via BACS on arrival. Please bring grippy trainers, water, and a towel.
